
GAITS Awarded 5 Contracts Supporting the United States Army Directorate of Information Management
(DOIM) in the Month of June
Alexandria, VA, June 2007 - Global Analytic Information Technology Services (GAITS),
a VA based SI and IT Services Firm, announced today that it has been Awarded 5 Contracts supporting
the United States Army Directorate of Information Management (DOIM) at Fort Huachuca Arizona.
The contracts encompass a wide range of information technology services and installation supporting
the Fort's Infrastructure consisting of;
- NIPRNET and SIPRNET upgrades
- Surveying/evaluating existing infrastructure
- Testing and installing telephones
- Video teleconferencing (VTC) installations
- Local area network (LAN) installations/upgrades
- Infrastructure upgraded throughout the installations
Customers impacted by the service upgrades consisted of the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG),
DOIM, Murr Rec Community Center, Child Development Center, 11th Signal Brigade and the US Army
Intelligence Center impacting more than 2,100 customers.
