GAITS' Deltek CostPoint Accounting System is an accepted industry standard for collecting
and reporting financial information on U.S.
Government contracts, and is also accepted by DCAA as a method of collecting and reporting
financial information related to the establishment of rates used in the performance of
cost-type contracts. This, coupled with our project planning software and earned value
reporting system, form the foundation of the GAITS Enterprise Management System (GEMS).
The primary investment goal since GAITS' founding in 1997 has been
to increase GAITS' effectiveness and efficiency in delivering quality services to our
clients in the Federal Government. This goal has been achieved, with the implementation
of a quality system that received ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2002, and subsequently
has passed numerous quality audits with no defects noted. This, along with other
infrastructure and employee-based investments has helped develop an exemplary past-performance
record, award-winning revenue growth, and the ability to repeatedly provide best-value
solutions to our customers. Our status as a certified 8(a) small business until November
2008 provides an easy procurement path for the Federal Customer. In addition, GAITS has
been awarded several GSA contract vehicles, including a GSA Schedule 70 for IT Services,
SIN 132-51. Once GAITS has been given a chance to perform, no customer has been dissatisfied
with that decision. The GAITS team is driven to "doing the right thing" and ensuring the
customer is satisfied.
